If you wish to cancel your registration for a course, you must notify us in writing (via email or official correspondence) at least 3 business days before the course start date. Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation Fees: If you cancel your course registration within the specified timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee. Cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows on the course date will not be eligible for a refund.

Services and Consultation

For cybersecurity services, consultancy projects, and custom services, Techmier will define the specific cancellation terms in the contract or statement of work (SOW). Cancellation policies may vary based on the scope and complexity of the project.

Course Registrations

  • If you cancel your course registration within the stipulated time frame, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee. The refund will be processed within 7 business days using the original payment method. Please allow for additional processing time based on your financial institution’s policies.
  • Techmier may, at its discretion, offer a partial refund or allow you to reschedule the course for a future date if exceptional circumstances prevent you from attending the course. These cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.
  • In the event that Techmier cancels a course for any reason, you will receive a full refund for the course fee. We will make all reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any such cancellation.

Services and Consultation

For services and consultation projects, the refund policy will be outlined in the specific contract or SOW. Refund terms may differ based on the nature and stage of the project. Techmier will work closely with you to resolve any disputes or issues.

Exceptional Circumstances

Techmier acknowledges that exceptional circumstances may arise, such as medical emergencies, family emergencies, or unforeseen personal situations. In such cases, we will assess the situation on an individual basis and may consider waiving cancellation fees or offering refunds outside of the standard policy.
